- Machine wash at 30 °C with a maximum spin of 400 rpm, no tumble drying
- Needs a mild detergent, no bleach and no fabric softener
- Before 4 months the fabric must be brought up to the baby's ears to support the head
- The spare fabric should be laid over the rings to avoid pinched fingers
- Carrying positions have to be set and tightened correctly each time it is put on
