- Hand wash recommended, in cold or lukewarm water at 30 °C maximum
- Needs a detergent made for wool and silk
- Dried flat in the open air; no tumble dryer, radiator or direct sun
- Should not be rubbed hard or wrung out; press water out in a towel and reshape while damp
- Wool holds warmth, so layers need adjusting to room temperature and checking during babywearing
