Bon à savoir
- Natural leather that patinas: brown models start lighter and darken with use
- Contact with hand sanitizer, cosmetics and perfume should be avoided, as should damp and direct heat
- If it gets wet it should be dried promptly without rubbing; water marks are lifted with a slightly damp cloth, not scrubbed
- Monogrammed bags are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged, and the marking takes three weeks
